Fascinating how the Talmud balances distraction against familiarity. The exemption for someone being 'dash be'iro' shows that context matters more than absolutes, which is probaly why that same priest with running eyes could still recite in Rav Huna's area. It's basically saying congregational focus depends on what people are used to, not just what's technically visible. Smart approach tbh.
